Abstract: In recent years, there has been a constant need to automate simple everyday operations and activities for improvement, efficiency and advancement in all areas including communication and ethics. This project covers all fields related to hate speech detection as well as its forms and kinds, it also includes the use of essential case tools for description of the system as well as necessary software development tools and techniques. The main purpose is to develop an efficient system for detecting hate speech, particularly racist words. This project works on hate speech detection using web software development technologies and techniques. It involves the use of standard modern means of identification and detection of racist word or slangs. All the functionalities are displayed on the interface for user interaction which can be integrated on social media platforms. Limitations include repetitive software grammar training and testing as well as a centralized database integration database. Future recommendations include artificial intelligence integration and data mining and a reporting protocol.
