dc.description.abstract | E-commerce has been one of the most prevalent concept in this digital era. Although e-commerce was once looked upon simply as an expressway to wealth, it has actually transformed the way people conduct businesses. Hence, the focus of this study is to develop an e-commerce website and compare it with existing e-commerce websites popularly used in Nigeria An e-commerce website was developed using Windows as the Operating System, Apache as the network server, and MySQL for data storage purpose and PHP as the scripting language. , Comparison was done between the existing e-commerce in Nigeria.
