dc.description.abstract There is a large number of under treatment of Osteoporosis (a disease characterized by the loss of bone mass and the deterioration of the tissue) as report by the national osteoporosis foundation. Research shows that the cause of this under treatment is due to some factors such as high cost, fear of the adverse effect and lack of education or awareness among individuals. The POMS was built on the basis that interaction of patients to the same treatment varies across various individuals due to different attributes that are unique to the individuals hence the need to personalise medicine to get a better health outcome. The aim of the project was to solve some of the barriers that cause under treatment of Osteoporosis by personalizing the treatment and also educating and creating awareness among individuals on Osteoporosis related topics. The POMS is a multi-platform system for both the health care providers and the patients, it helps the medical practitioners to keep track of patients in real-time and educate the patients. It was developed with python, JavaScript and Dart en_US
